04 Concluding

Is your project about to draw to a close? The hard work may be almost done and you may now be busy with reporting and perhaps thinking about securing further funding. You probably feel busy enough already, but at this stage it is also important to:

  • Review the process itself and capture lessons on how it worked, for your own learning and others' reference
  • Share results from the project, with relevant partners and stakeholders, and those in your company.

In order to do this reviewing and sharing well, you may want to:

  • Run reflection sessions, to capture lessons and insights
  • Consider different options for communicating results, including practice notes (short descriptions, in lay language, of the processes used in a project and lessons learnt), infographics, short summaries for farmers or other end users, presentations to your company, and webinars.
